About Attune
This program was developed out of a desire to foster lifelong curiosity about your mind and body; to empower you to create a combination of stability and ease physically, mentally and emotionally; to find connection and community in this process.
Through Attune, you have options depending on the level of support you need. We offer studio yoga classes, workshops, one-on-one private sessions with a physical therapist/ yoga instructor, and partner with other trusted practitioners in the valley to support your nutrition, mental heath, and other heath and wellness needs.

Each workshop will be 75 minutes long. The first 5-10 minutes will include directed breathwork and meditation, followed by a short anatomy & physiology lesson related to the theme of that days workshop. The bulk of the workshop (usually about 45 minutes) will be a vinyasa-style yoga class, with hands-on cueing and guidance to support you in achieving optimal mobility and stability.
The program will be specifically designed to promote a vital, healthy, balanced life AND prevent/heal injury. It is important that you communicate with your instructor in advance any injuries, current or past, that you are dealing with, as well as any health conditions.
Each session will be led by a certified yoga instructor and Physical Therapist who will guide on movement patterns and correction.
