Summer YOuth PErformance Training Series

Join our small-group summer training program designed specifically for adolescent athletes who want to move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free. Led by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in sports rehab and performance, this program is built to develop confident, resilient athletes—on and off the field.

The series runs in three progressive training blocks from the first week of June through mid-August. While the blocks are designed to build on each other, athletes are welcome to join as many blocks as their summer schedule allows. All skill levels and sports backgrounds are encouraged, and sessions will be adapted to meet each participant where they’re at.

The small-group format ensures every participant learns foundational movement skills, proper mechanics, and sport-specific techniques. With a maximum of six athletes per group, each session offers individualized attention to help participants train safely and effectively. Early registration is encouraged—space is limited!

Mariah Donofrio, PT, DPT

MEET MARIAH

Mariah is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong foundation in adolescent sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, shaped by her training at the University of Colorado and Children’s Hospital Colorado.

With clinical experience working with athletes across a wide range of sports, she specializes in identifying movement patterns, strength deficits, and impaired biomechanics that can lead to injury. Before becoming a physical therapist, Mariah spent over seven years leading and programming strength training, group fitness, yoga, and HIIT classes. A lifelong athlete herself, she grew up swimming, playing soccer, running track, and competing in basketball—bringing both clinical expertise and athlete insight to every session.

The Summer Training Series was born from Mariah’s passion for empowering young athletes to move with confidence, prevent injury, enhance sports performance, and build lasting habits for lifelong wellness. Her approach focuses on teaching proper lifting mechanics, refining movement quality, and fostering purpose-driven, confident training.

Each training block is progressive but flexible—join us for one, two, or all three!

Block 1: June 5 – June 27

7 sessions | $280

  • PM Classes: Tues & Thurs | 3:00–4:00 PM
    (6/5, 6/10, 6/12, 6/17, 6/19, 6/24, 6/26)

  • AM Classes: Wed & Fri | 10:00–11:00 AM
    (6/6, 6/11, 6/13, 6/18, 6/20, 6/25, 6/27)

Block 2: July 8 – August 1

8 sessions | $320

  • PM Classes: Tues & Thurs | 3:00–4:00 PM
    (7/8, 7/10, 7/15, 7/17, 7/22, 7/24, 7/29, 7/31)

  • AM Classes: Wed & Fri | 10:00–11:00 AM
    (7/9, 7/11, 7/16, 7/18, 7/23, 7/25, 7/30, 8/1)

Block 3: August 5 – August 15

4 sessions | $160

  • PM Classes: Tues & Thurs | 3:00–4:00 PM
    (8/5, 8/7, 8/12, 8/14)

  • AM Classes: Wed & Fri | 10:00–11:00 AM
    (8/6, 8/8, 8/13, 8/15)

 
 

Membership & Attendance Policy
Each training block is structured as a membership with 2 sessions per week. Once your membership is purchased, you're welcome to attend any of the scheduled sessions during that block—just choose the days and times that work best for you. Each class is capped at 6 athletes to ensure quality coaching and individualized attention. Early registration is highly encouraged!
